How Speed Works

As the driver moves through the air, airflow enters Speed’s front opening and interacts with its internal chamber. Below its intended operating range, the device stays quiet. When the swing reaches that range, audible feedback activates—giving the golfer a clear, real-time signal that they committed through the zone.

Speed does not calculate or display exact swing speed. It provides a simple audible training cue.

Correct Placement Matters

1. Clean and dry the forward crown of the driver.
2. Apply one double-sided adhesive square.
3. Center Speed above the middle of the clubface.
4. Rotate the device so its front wall is square and parallel with the clubface.
5. Align the front wall directly above the clubface edge.
6. Do not allow the device or adhesive to overhang the face.
7. Make sure the opening faces forward and remains unobstructed.

Important: Incorrect placement may change the sound or prevent Speed from functioning as intended.

Motion produces feedback across a broad range of swing speeds and is the easiest Mystle to activate. Speed requires the swing to reach its intended range before feedback activates—making it more demanding and specific.

Does it need batteries or an app?
No. Speed is powered entirely by airflow.

Where does it attach?
Speed attaches to the forward crown of a compatible driver, centered above the hitting area with its front wall aligned square to the clubface.

Can I use it on any driver?
Driver shapes, crown materials, and finishes vary. Correct fit and adhesive compatibility cannot be guaranteed for every club.

Why does the sound vary?
Sound can be affected by swing motion, placement, driver geometry, environmental conditions, and the individual device.
